@comcastcares They’ve already identified an issue with the box that requires that I send it back. But you’re trying to charge me for 3 boxes when only one of mine currently sorta works (scheduled recordings are not reliable). Unacceptable practice, especially given how much your service costs.

.@AltitudeTV the fact that you haven’t resolved your squabble with @comcast and Dish is an insult to your fans. You should be ashamed. Find a resolution! You could resolve the issue with them or create your own streaming platform... but the time has come to get it done.

@keith_mestas @AltitudeTV @Xfinity Cancel altogether. I pay for almost every streaming service so truly don’t need cable anymore. I will just stream the sports I can’t get. I hear YouTube TV is pretty nice too.

@KamalaHarris any chance that you and @JoeBiden could do something about the ISP (Comcast) monthly data caps when you are in office? Internet service costs them little to nothing but they pass huge bills on to the customers. Btw school & working from home they are killing us

Nice to have the NHL back for the new season. Absolute ******* shame I can’t watch the @Avalanche on TV in Denver even though I pay Comcast for all the sports channels. I get NBCSN, TUDN, FS2, NFL Network, NBA TV and even NHL network ffs! But I can’t watch @AltitudeTV #GoAvsGo

Tell me how this makes sense @comcastcares : my box has been malfunctioning for my whole first month. I asked for a replacement and you try and CHARGE me for 3 boxes while the other one is coming?!? When only one of my boxes half works, you tried to charge me for 2 more. Awful.

The fact that @AltitudeTV and @comcast haven’t come to a deal shows how big of PIECE OF **** both companies are. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and Coloradans can’t even watch our local teams (in person or on TV). Both of you should be ashamed!!!#BringBackAltitude

@Xfinity The only thing I miss from my other routers is the ability to create a local "guest" network. It seems odd that you don't allow this basic function.

@comcastbusiness Pretty sure we need to get a class action lawsuit going against #Comcast I come to work everyday with the internet down on a business account. Weekly, I try to get payroll complete, which takes me hours upon hours to complete due to the loss of internet!!

@Xfinity Mobile sucks! Dropping calls or not allowing them an voicemail or text messages to work. If i wanted to rely on internet i wouldn't have a cell phone.
