@GiraffesInc @Xfinity I don't have internet. Not paying for a service I don't have. CenturyLink is no better. The crushed box down the road is now in a body bag...they never repaired it. It has been over a month since I reported it.

@WhatTheQuel @Xfinity I got a $10 credit towards my bill and “assurance” that’s the problem is solved. I’m not so sure it is. Im not very happy with them.

@ChrizteeNurse @Xfinity I can, but the data charges will be outrageous due to the photo/video files. I am also not great with one finger typing. The work around solutions are limping at best...face plant at worst.

@TravelingShinto I gave CenturyLink over two weeks and over 15 hours of my time with more than a dozen customer service reps. The box down the road got hit by a car. They said they would send a crew to fix it. Still mangled. The bundle with XFinity is cheaper. There aren't many options in my area

@comcast See my reply in this thread. Also, we were notified that the outage was over about AN HOUR AFTER we found that service was restored. Please do better, @comcast @Xfinity.

@PFlowerstone @Xfinity I am livid. No communication. They didn't mention 2 weeks of waiting when I set up service 2 weeks ago. Now there is no way to know when I will have internet. I am getting apologies, but no appt or problem solving. Exasperated.

Had an appt. with @XFINITY this morning. No call, no show. Called customer service. The rep apologized, said a tech would call. Nope. Called back. Evidently everything cancelled due to Covid. Not sure when I will have internet available again. Impossible to work from home.

@Xfinity The only thing I miss from my other routers is the ability to create a local "guest" network. It seems odd that you don't allow this basic function.

@Xfinity horrible service...in Miami 3 extended outages (internet and phone) in the less than a week...can't run a business this way...looking for other options for my business...so glad my condo is getting rid of Comcast

@comcastbusiness Pretty sure we need to get a class action lawsuit going against #Comcast I come to work everyday with the internet down on a business account. Weekly, I try to get payroll complete, which takes me hours upon hours to complete due to the loss of internet!!

@Xfinity Mobile sucks! Dropping calls or not allowing them an voicemail or text messages to work. If i wanted to rely on internet i wouldn't have a cell phone.
